सबसे पहले नीचे दिए गए डाउनलोड लिंक से पीडीएफ फॉर्म डाउनलोड करें और फिर उसको सावधानी पूर्वक अपनी डिटेल के अनुसार भरे फॉर्म को भरने के लिए फॉर्म का एक नमूना दिया गया है जिसमें फॉर्म को भर के दिखाया गया है और उसे नमूने में आपको जहां भी ब्रैकेट दिख रहा है उसको अपने डिटेल से रिप्लेस करना है जो पीडीएफ आप नीचे डाउनलोड करेंगे ।

जैसा फॉर्म में बताया गया है वैसा अपना डिटेल को भारी और उसके बाद प्ले स्टोर से डॉकर स्कैनर एप को डाउनलोड करें और इस फॉर्म का पीडीएफ बनाएं और इस पीडीएफ में पैन कार्ड का जेरोक्फोटोकॉपी स जिसमें आपका साइन हो और आपका पासबुक दोनों इसी पीडीएफ में डाल दें मतलब की आपको एक पीडीएफ बनाना है जिसमें आपका अकाउंट क्लोजर फॉर्म रहेगा और आपका पासबुक रहेगा और आपका पैन कार्ड रहेगा जिसमें आपका सिग्नेचर होगा।

पीएफ अच्छा से बनाने के बाद आपको अपना जीमेल ऐप खोलना है और फिर एक मेल लिखना है और यह मेल आपको आपके बैंक में रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल आईडी से लिखना है मेल भेजने के लिए वही ईमेल आईडी का इस्तेमाल करना है जो आपका एनएसडीएल पेमेंट बैंक में रजिस्टर है

मेल के सब्जेक्ट लाइन में आपको लिखना है आई वांट टू क्लोज माय अकाउंट और कब पोजीशन में लिखना है (I want to close my account so I have attached account closure  form with my signature and all the required documents with my signature so please check the attachment and close my account as soon as possible) और फिर इस मेल को सेंड कर देना है इसके बाद 10 से 15 दिनों के अंदर आपका अकाउंट क्लोज हो जाएगा और आपकी परेशानी ठीक हो जाएगी
