Step-by-Step Account Opening Process
Download the App & Get Started
First, download the **JioFinance** app from the Google Play Store. Once installed, open the app. On the home dashboard, look for the ‘Bank’ icon or a banner that says ‘Open a Savings Account’ and tap on it.
Verify Number & Set Secure MPIN
The app will automatically verify your mobile number via SMS. Ensure the correct SIM is in your primary slot. Once verified, you will be asked to create a 4-digit **MPIN**. Remember this PIN, as it will be your password to access the banking section quickly in the future.
Enter Aadhaar & PAN Details
You will be prompted to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number; enter it to verify your identity. Following this, enter your PAN card number accurately.
Review Details & Add Nominee
Your basic details (Name, Address, DOB) will be fetched from Aadhaar. Review them and fill in missing information like your email ID and parents’ names. We strongly recommend adding a **Nominee** at this stage to secure your account for the future.
Complete the Live Video KYC
