🚀 Complete Guide: How to Unblock NSDL Payments Bank Account

🏛️ Method 1: If ReKYC Option Available

💡 First of all open your NSDL app. Enter your M pin and click on the three line at the top left corner and check if there is any ReKYC option available or not, if available, then Watch the video available below and complete the process of ReKYC

📞 Method 2: Instant Phone Support Call

💡 First and foremost, when you find your account blocked, immediate phone contact is the most critical step. Your goal is to speak to a real human agent to request a direct, working KYC verification link. This is the fastest way to resolve the restriction.

🔄 It is strongly recommended to call them from a different mobile number (e.g., from a family member) that is not registered with NSDL. Often, unregistered numbers are connected to executives much faster than registered numbers, which get caught in automated loops.

Dial these NSDL VKYC helpline numbers:
  • 📞 022 4914 2752
  • 📞 022 4914 2702
  • 📞 022 4914 2777
  • 📞 022 4914 2722

⚠️ Always remember to quickly check and verify these contact numbers on the official NSDL Payments Bank website before dialing, as banking details can occasionally be updated without notice.

🏛️ Method 4: File Complaint on PG Portal

If the bank does not resolve the issue through calls or emails, you can register a formal grievance on the Government’s PG Portal. You can file this complaint at any time, even on the very same day you send your email to the bank. There is no waiting period required.

Important Instruction: While filling out the PG Portal form online, you will encounter a large message box. You must paste the exact email template provided above directly into that message box to explain your case to the officials. Watch the step-by-step video below to see exactly how to do this.

🏛️ Method 5: Escalate to RBI Ombudsman

If your issue is still unresolved, your final step is to approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman. However, you must wait exactly 30 days after your first email complaint to the bank before filing with the RBI. If you file the RBI complaint before 30 days, your application will be automatically rejected.

Important Instruction: Similar to the PG Portal, the RBI complaint form will ask for a description of your issue in a message box. Copy the email template from above and paste it directly into that text box. Follow along with the video guide below to file your complaint correctly.
