Matter Support & Ecosystem

This bulb is Matter supported, which is a game changer. As I showed in the video, I paired it with both Apple HomeKit and the Smart Life app. It works across ecosystems flawlessly.

The Wi-Fi Rule

Keep in mind: If you disconnect your Wi-Fi, the smart controls (including Matter) will stop working. A stable Wi-Fi connection is required for all remote features.

Bluetooth & Sound

Bluetooth is only for pairing, not for control. Also, look out for a slight sound or “coil whine” when changing colors—a small detail I noticed during my 6-month test.
